Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. StainedeGlass allows customers to request the cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order.

Send your order number directly to support@stainedeglass.com.
We Confirm
We review your request and confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
Cancellation Period
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours after the order is placed. If approved, your payment will be refunded in full back to your original payment method.
After Processing Begins
Once an order has entered processing, production, custom glass cutting, packaging, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our standard Return & Refund Policy upon receiving the package.
Handmade and Customized Orders
Orders involving personalized, custom-commissioned, or specially prepared glass pieces may begin processing shortly after purchase. For this reason, cancellation requests for custom orders must be submitted as soon as possible.

- Include your Order Number and the reason for cancellation in the subject line.
- Our customer care team will review the request and confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
