Return Period & Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original box with protective padding intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping & Costs
Remorse/Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping. Damaged/Defective/Wrong item: StainedeGlass provides a prepaid label if reported within 48h with photos.

Returns are inspected in 2 business days at our Virginia studio. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and reflect within 5 business days.
