    1. Return Period & Eligibility

    You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

    To qualify for a valid return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free of signs of wear.

    • The item must be in its original box with all interior padding and protective packaging intact.

    • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

    2. Return Shipping & Costs

    • Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer need it, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

    • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, broken in transit, or incorrect, StainedeGlass will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a free replacement. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and original shipping box.

    3. Restocking Fees

    We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) on approved returns.

    4. Handmade Character & Glass Variations

    Each piece in our collection is individually hand-blown or crafted by master glassmakers. Natural variations in color intensity, subtle glass bubbles, light refraction patterns, and minor thickness differences occur naturally during the glassmaking process. These variations are evidence of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.

    5. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

    • Personalized or custom-made items (if offered).

    • Final sale or clearance items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

    6. Refund Process & Timelines

    1. Once your return is received at our Virginia studio, our team will inspect the item within 2 business days.

    2. Upon approval, because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, we will contact you by email to arrange your refund.

    3. Refund funds typically appear in your bank account or card statement within 5 business days following approval.
