Shipping Policy
At StainedeGlass, we ship our hand-blown glass ornaments, mountain paperweights, bowls and seasonal decor across the United States. Every item is packed in protective packaging made for glass.
Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days (1–3 business days processing + 3–7 business days transit).
Shipping overview
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
- Processing time: Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch from our studio in Occoquan, Virginia.
- Order cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends or on U.S. national holidays start processing the next business day.
- Carriers: USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on package size.
- Shipping area: United States only.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected when your order is delivered.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by severe weather, peak holiday volumes or other events outside our control. If your order is delayed, our support team will keep you updated.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show updates.
Damaged items
If your order arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the outer box. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
