2. Product Information & Artisanal Disclaimer

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and pricing as accurately as possible.

  • Handmade Character: Because our glass decor items are individually hand-crafted by master glassmakers, subtle variations in color, air bubbles, glass thickness, dimensions, and light refraction are natural characteristics of hand-blown glass. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Colors: Displayed colors may vary slightly depending on your computer or mobile screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not constitute final acceptance. StainedeGlass reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected in full when your order is delivered. All prices are listed in USD ($).

4. Pricing & Promotions

Prices and availability for products on our website are subject to change without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item prior to shipment.
